Energy Conservation and Consumption Reduction Action Proposal

To all Colleagues:
In response to the company’s strategic goal of “cost reduction and efficiency improvement” and to practice the values of “sincere attitude and pragmatic spirit”, we hereby put forward the following initiatives on energy conservation and consumption reduction regarding the company’s water and electricity management, office supplies, and rational use of resources. We hope all colleagues will actively respond, take the initiative to start with themselves and details, and make due contributions to the company’s cost reduction, energy conservation and consumption reduction through our ordinary actions!


Key Areas and Requirements for Energy Conservation and Consumption Reduction

I.? Electricity Management

(1) Lighting Electricity Consumption:
-Make full use of natural light during the day and do not turn on lights unless necessary; Public areas (such as offices, corridors, meeting rooms, etc.) should have “lights off when people walk”.
-Colleagues who leave the office and dormitory at the end need to check and turn off all power sources.
(2) Air Conditioning Usage:
-Please follow the operating schedule of the equipment power department’s geothermal source when turning on the air conditioner.
-Turn off the air conditioning 10 minutes before leaving work and strictly prohibit continuous operation of the air conditioning when no one is around.
(3) Equipment Power Consumption:
-Stop using heating equipment from now on (as the weather warms up, office and dormitory buildings will no longer be open);
-Office and dormitory buildings should ensure that the lights turn off when people leave;
-Set the computer to “auto sleep for 15 minutes without operation” to reduce standby energy consumption.
II. Office Supplies
(1) Paper Usage:
-Promote paperless office and prioritize electronic circulation of documents; Informal documents must be printed using recycled paper, while formal documents must be printed using double-sided printing as much as possible.
-Reduce color printing and default to black and white printing for informal documents.
-The Human Resources and Administration Department conducts monthly comparative analysis on the procurement and usage of A4 paper in various departments.
(2) Stationery Management:
-Apply for stationery on demand and prohibit personal occupation.
-Encourage the reuse of materials that have not been completely damaged.
-The Human Resources and Administration Department provides reasonable suggestions based on the usage situation of each department.
III. Logistics management
(1) Water Usage Regulations:
-Turn off the faucet promptly after using water. If you find any leakage or equipment malfunction, please contact the logistics service department immediately.
-Avoid using water at maximum flow rate and minimize waste as much as possible.
(2) Public resources:
-Please tidy up the tables and chairs and turn off electronic devices after using the conference room;
-Dining in the canteen is on demand, and the “Clean Your Plate Campaign” is practiced.
IV. Responsibility Division and Supervision Mechanism
Department Heads:
-Conduct daily inspections on the use of electricity and consumables in our department, promptly correct and record any violations.
-Conduct monthly energy-saving and consumption reduction promotion, and incorporate it into the department’s employee evaluation system.
All staff responsibility:
-Each colleague is an “energy-saving practitioner” who actively pays attention to energy-saving details around them and can provide feedback to the Human Resources and Administration Department at any time if they discover excellent behavior.
Inspection by the Comprehensive Management Department:
-Randomly inspect the implementation status of each department every week, and those who violate regulations will be criticized and given a deadline for rectification.
V. Incentive measures
Any colleague who discovers and provides feedback on excellent energy-saving behaviors (such as actively shutting down idle equipment, innovating energy-saving methods, etc.) can receive corporate culture point rewards. Otherwise, they will be criticized and deducted points.
-Encourage employees to propose energy-saving and consumption reducing improvement suggestions, and once adopted, reward them with corporate culture points. For those with significant economic benefits, a certain cash reward will be given, and priority will be given to recommending promotion opportunities.
